It was another busy week at KRC ETNS. We took part in Science Week 2020, undertaking a different scientific experiment each day. These included creating a rainbow using Skittles and a volcanic eruption using baking soda, vinegar and water.
As part of Aistear this week, we learned all about ‘the Restaurant’ and had great fun doing everything from taking turns being the chef, the waiters, waitresses and the customers, to building our own restaurants with blocks.
We also spent some time learning all about the Hindu festival Diwali. Along with designing Diwali Rangoli patterns, we brought Diwali to Science Week by building a bridge to cross the water to rescue Sita from the Island.
